The website lists devices and repair services. Selecting repairs prepares an enquiry. This does not take an online payment or, by itself, confirm a repair or appointment.
Prices and quotations
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF). From, Up to and Price on request labels must be taken into account. The selected total is an estimate. The final price, applicable taxes or fees and scope of work must be confirmed with the team before work begins.
Confirming a service
Provide the device model and describe the problem. The team reviews the request and confirms the work, price, availability and arrangements. Timing and any repair-specific warranty should be set out in the corresponding agreement or quotation.
Changes or cancellation
To change or cancel an enquiry, contact info@repairandshop.ch as soon as possible and include your reference if available. An already confirmed service is subject to the agreement made with the team.
Device data and support
Back up your device when possible before handing it over. Do not send unlock codes through public forms. For questions, complaints or repair follow-up, contact info@repairandshop.ch. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
